A Walk amid the Heather.

Yesterday Mum and Auntie Ashley took me to walk amid the purple heather and it was so pretty.

I really enjoyed just sitting there taking in all of the sights and smells.

The hike was really nice and the sun was shining.

Auntie Ashley enjoyed walking through the heather too and had fun playing with me.

The heather seemed to dance in the breeze.

The heather.

Auntie Ashley sat on a rock to watch me sniffle around.

Still sniffing around.

I got really hot so we walked through the fields to the shade.

In the shade.

Mum took me to the stream to have a swim and cool off my paws and puggy furs.

This is nice and cool.

What a wonderful hike, once I got home I was asleep in no time and so was Mum, dreaming of all the fun we had.

  1. Frank not only did it look like a great walk but how pretty with all the heather. Should get a tad warmer next week so enjoy the continuing good weather. Have a tremendous Thursday.

  4. What a beautiful walk! Around here we only see heather in flower pots for Easter! Maybe we should plant some in our garden.

  5. OMD the HEATHER is BLOOMING and it is BEAUTIFUL... Does it smell good?
Our mom has always dreamed of going to Scotland and walking through fiends of HEATHER... NOW we can tell her that we have a WONDERFUL furend that has actually DONE it !!! She will cry and whine.

  6. What a beautiful place to take a hike. Wish we had such a great stream. I would surely bathe every day :-)

  7. That was a beautiful day for you to be romping through the heather. The heather is so airy and pretty! You are lucky to have such a nice Mom and Auntie to take you out to enjoy a nice day.
