I started taking a record of my weight and I have lost a lot
I have been good, giving up my treats
Being very strict with my kibble measurements
Taking long walks every night
Trying to get to my goal weight
See my face for this weigh-in I'm feeling very anxious about it
There is a lot of pressure on my furry shoulders
There is a lot of information in the vet about losing weight
I'm seeing how I size up....
I was 11.15kg
Everyone was so pleased with me!
Wahoo!
WELL DONE!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am very very impressed cousin Frank...giving up TREATS, gosh that must have been very hard

(whos trip to the Vet this week did not go so well on the diet front!)
BRAVO! it's always a hard way, like climbing on a mountain, but you made it... woohoo!
ReplyDeleteWOW, grreat job!
ReplyDeleteWow! You're doing a good job. It's nice to see you again too!
ReplyDeleteWe have two problems at our house. Joey dog, now 14 years old, is too thin and won't eat his kibble anymore. No canned dog food either. So we cook him some special meals, which he likes. Chester, on the other hand looks like a meatloaf! It's hard to manage both problems at once! Chester usually gets a few spoonfuls of Joey's food on top of his diet kibble. What we do for our dear doggies!
Congrats to you on your success in losing weight, Frank. Poor Ciara tries so hard but her medicines don't help make it any easier:( But Mom says she would rather have her seizure-free and fat (sheesh) than having lots of attacks.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Ciara and Lightning
We hope you told her it was all muscle
