Tasty Tuesday ~ Rose Hip Marmalade.

I helped Mum and Auntie Ashley make Rose Hip Marmalade.

First Mum washed and de-seeded the Rose Hips

Then cut up oranges.

Then it all went in a big pot to bubble up.

Add the sugar.

Bubble it up again.

and then you have ....

Rose Hip marmalade.

It is delicious!

  4. Oh! And I furgot about your comment on my post. We LOVED Doctor Who, as always. It's one of our favorite shows. I didn't realize you lived by Cardiff. Maybe when Momma finally makes it over the pond again, she can come visit you when she does her Doctor Who pilgrimage. :)
