  6. We are glad you like your new food. Now this is in no way a criticisim of your parents because we know that they alwyas want wants best for you and are super smart. but mom did want to tell you that she has heard some not terrific things about prescription foods, despite its pricey state. There is lots of information on the whole dog journal website. Mom put us on grain free food about 7 years ago and Tubby lost a good amount of weight, so that might be an option too. good luck with the diet

  9. Maybe your pawrents can take you for more walkies and play fetch and take you swimming? If they quit their jobs they will have the extra time to do this!

  12. You know, I had to change my food three times over the last six months. I was with Blue Buffalo and then switched to Orijen because I thought it would be yummier/healthier. Well, that made me fat and so I switched back to Blue. Then my vet recommended Purina, my humans freaked out because they're head so much weird stuff about Purina and switched to Nutro instead. It's working fine now but we'll see in three months if I'm asked to switch again!:( Hopefully not. My humans wish they knew/had time to make homemade food instead!

Good luck with the new food, bud.
