Frank Is Off Sick.

Frank is off sick and has asked me, his Mummy, to do today's blog entry - he had to be taken to the vet on Thursday with sickness and the poops, he pooped all in the kitchen and then was sick on Thursday morning three or four times and then later on in the day, he was pooping blood and was very sleepy, all he wanted to do was snuggle, his Dad was home looking after him, so we took him to the vet and the vet told us Frank had Colonitis, an inflamation of the colon and large intestine cause by Frank eatting something yucky made on the floor on a walk. Frank was very brave and had three injections, the one injection was supposed to hurt and the Vet said Frank would yelp a bit but he didn't he was such a brave boy! They gave us tablets to for him to take to stop the sickness, medicine to give to Frank 3 times a day, paste to build up his tummy lining twice a day and a special prescription food to eat little and often.
I stayed homw with him all day Friday and the weekend to be with him.
He is doing very well and will be back on the blog tomorrow telling you his adventures with Ernie on the weekend and his view of being ill (love him) but today he is resting all snuggled up in his basket and sleeping!

Relaxin on Mum and Dads Bed.

Today I am relaxing on Mum and Dads bed having a nibble at the magic ball (we had one and then by magic I found another one just like it out the back garden! weird!) Its getting colder as we go into Autumn, Mum and me had a sleep together yesterday snuggled up on the sofa while Dad watched the football. I saw Ernie and Jasper on the weekend and Mum says that Ernie is coming down again on Saturday, she says she is "dog sitting" for his Mum and Dad Sam and Pete! We are going away to Devon together soon for a dog holiday October 4th! I'm excited to spend all that time with Ernie!

Sleeping.

Today is cold and wet, winter is on its way - so I am going to spend all day sleeping! Zzzzzzzzzzzzz.....!

Halloween is coming!

Halloween is coming, and I want to go trick or treating with my friends, so Mum got me a pumpkin costume to wear! I am not so keen on the hat and like to chew it! Will see if Mum will take some photos of me in the costume soon so you all can see it!

Killing the Monkey!

Just to prove that I am back to my normal self after my operation, last night I was playing with my monkey toy and decided to kill him and the fur was flying! Grrrrrr!

I'm Free!!!

This photo of me was taken yesterday as soon as I came out of the vet, I had my stitches out and I was a very good boy! I was really happy to have my 'lamp shade' off!
As a treat, Mum and Dad took me over Nanna Moynas to see Jasper and we played together for ages, it was so much fun!

I'm Back and I'm Better!

I have been away for 10 days, I am very glad to be back, below are a few photos of me to show you all what I went through! I had my operation on Friday 27th and I felt really groggy when I got home, I was in pain and felt really ill, but Mum and Dad cuddled me up and kept me safe and warm, they put their bed downstairs to be with me and we all slept together for a few nights. My next door neighbours were very kind and got me a get well soon card and the vet gave me soft food to eat for two days. The next day I felt better, I just had to get used to my new collar, which really got on my nerves but Mum and Dad had fun with me! We played a lot and mum gave me my kibbles with water so it wouldn’t hurt my teeth and then took me for a short walk twice a day. Tonight I get the collar off and my stitches out, I am really looking forward to it!!
